Zamberlan Customer Service Experience
« on: November 09, 2021, 11:19:29 AM »
Anyone have to deal with Zamberlan customer service?  How did it work out in the end?  I'm going on over a week and no response.  New boots worn 2 day and my feet were soaked.  Wring out sock soaked and with kenetrek gaders and good pants.    Tested when I got home, both leak bad through the tongue..  Went through online warranty process and no response, just email confirming it was received.

Hoping it's just a lengthy "COVID" delay we are all being sold and having to get used to.  But also hoping in the end I'll get my boots warrantied or returned all together.  first time I dropped serious money on hunting gear and case and point why I never did, I always end up being that guy with bad experience.

Owned 3 pair of their boots and never had a problem.  Sorry this happened and I hope their customer service comes through.  If these are new only worn twice....why not just return to where you bought them for a refund or replacement?

What boot did you end up with?  I have always run their outfitter 980 gtx boot and loved them.  This year I switched to the 981 wasatch and so far love it.

Frustrating for sure, boots are so stinkin hit or miss its not even funny. I've bought identical pairs for my wife and I (not Zambis but high end) and hers are amazing and mine leak. Hopefully they get you taken care of.

That is the frustration, I did it direct order through Zamberlan and not through a store.  My son had a discount code for direct order.  They are very comfortable and I love them otherwise but not being even remotely waterproof pretty much makes them useless..  I went with the Alta Cresta's GTX.
