Your question isn't very clear. But, Idaho does not have separate Archery and Modern tags, in fact some of Idaho elk tags allow you to hunt during one time frame with a bow and another with a rifle on the same tag.

no. Controlled hunt tags are only valid for its designated weapon and season. You CH tag can only be held as your first tag so if you already have a general tag you would need to return it for the CH tag if you draw.
