Brenda Brady ~ R.I.P.
« on: December 20, 2023, 10:14:04 AM »

 >:( :(
It is with a heavy heart that we have to pass on this bad news that we have lost one of Washington State Trappers Association long time members wife and really a good and close friend Brenda Brady. We lost her husband George this past June and now Brenda in December six months later.  She was a strong supporter of trapping and what he did.  She was one of our ladies in the kitchen at our summer rendezvous serving everyone.  She was a Southern Bell.  She did a lot of "Genealogy." If I remember correctly, she was a member of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution.  What a great lady.

Both George and Brenda will be missed by all that knew them for sure but not forgotten.  Happy trails to both of them on their New Adventure together.  R.I.P.

Dang, both in one year.  They will both be missed!

Very sad they're both gone. George was such a good guy, I never met Brenda. George taught my trappers ed class, bought furs from me, and even went out of his way to let me borrow traps when I was getting started on WDC.
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.

I think she was a member of The United Daughters of the Confederacy. We spoke about my roots coming from Georgia. Not so happy with my roots from NY. I didn't get to know her until George's passing. Quite a shock they are both gone. She was mad at George for leaving her behind. They are together again but we are the poorer for their passing.

She was a lot of fun. Together we could really get George worked up. Sure glad for all the memories with them.

Sounds like they were both great people/outdoors advocates. RIP to them and wishing them a wonderful afterlife up above.

Very often when one person passes, their spouse passes within a year, they simply are so alone, I didn't know either, but they sound like they were the best of people! My condolences to family and friends!
