I don't use Facebook, but I was hoping it was you.  Still rooting for that beauty with deep forks and good mass!
Well good news is after 8 days of searching I finally found him! No play though so now the long week of work waiting for another chance.

Him as a great buck or the biggest mosquito in the swamp   :)

Not much to report. Planned on taking this entire week off but after three days of almost no deer movement I decided to head back to work and come back for the last week of the season when we are on the back side of this thing....

There is absolutely nothing easy about a desert early archery tag, it will break the tough, destroy the weak, and drive the determined dedicated to the bitter end. Something is going to pay the price for all the time blood and sweat donated to this place. C.D enjoy your last full moon your time is up come next week.

Thanks Dale. I need all the rooting I can get :chuckle: Sunday was day 41 in the unit and I'm no closer to a dead buck than I was on day 1 at this point. Pretty much need this smart old boy to make a really dumb move. Based on the fact he's still alive is proof he's never made a dumb move in his life so the odds aren't exactly in my favor  :chuckle:
