If you buy it at Safeway, check your receipt and make sure you got the correct price. Luckily we did and caught the $38.00 when their automated system didn't do all of the things correctly. Customer Service fixed it but we all know how fun it is to stand in that line with someone behind you complaining about how long you are taking.

Did a 15 pounder this weekend that was a show stopper. 48hrs dry brine, then another 18 in the sous vide and flame finished on a hot charcoal grill. Unreal flavor throughout and cooked to perfection. I do agree it's hard to beat a good steak but man that roast was killer! no au jus required

Good call.When I go to Safeway, I would say that their sale prices do not register at checkout about 50% of the time. I sometimes wonder if they do that on purpose.
