45 vs 50

I have never had a inline 45 but am considering getting one from a gunship I go to its a Knight not sure what model was just wondering what the pros and cons are between the two calibers thanks for your thoughts

Are the bullets you intend to shoot offered in a configuration that works in a 45?

50 is by far the most popular and most supported for both modern and historic bullet selection.

Id say you buy a 45 if you have specific plans to use a 45. Otherwise you buy a 50. Same deal as buying a 54.

I have 3 50 cals and shoot 45 cal bullets in 2 of them with Harvester sabots. CVA only. Just for convenance
