Honor Mission - Billy Davis, 80, Navy Vet
« on: October 06, 2025, 01:06:44 PM »
Being part of an Honor Mission for a deceased veteran is a sacred privilege. The widow of Billy Davis, aged 80 of Battleground, WA requested our presence. We responded. Yesterday, the Patriot Guard/Legion Riders and other Veterans took part in honoring the life of this Navy veteran. We shrouded the family in the security and honor deserving of those who loved and supported our departed brother. Fair winds and following seas, Billy. You will remain forever in our hearts and minds. We have the watch.

If you know of a deceased vet whose family would benefit from having other veterans involved in his service, please contact your local American Legion and request an Honor Mission. Veterans will respond to the call.

This is great. Way to be a great guy, John.

My buddy and his wife are Patriot Guard Riders. They’ve not been doing too much lately as his wife has had some health issues, but they’re still doing it. They rode with Mr Blanchard after Aaron’s death. Such a cool org.

It is. These guys go hundreds of mile to pay respects, sometimes for deceased vets who have no one else at the services.
