Finished Bear Boxes for a D-40
« on: July 30, 2009, 09:54:28 PM »
Here's a few boxes I just finished for the Moultrie D-40, 1/8" steel, I made two boxes that attach to the tree with a ratchet strap and have holes in the box for a Python lock for security, and the other box is attached by a strap/pyhton or 1/2 lag bolts.

Thanks for the compliments guys, I have two more boxes in the works now, and more if requested.
The boxes in the pics I notched out the box so I could put the hinges on the inside to make it look cleaner, would it matter to you guys if I put the hinges on the outside? trying to cut some fab time on these boxes, this would keep costs down all around.

you should sell these in the classifieds and/or make a little donation to the site if you're making money off of us. nice boxes...looks like good craftsmanship and heavy duty.

their around $60.00, you can use a ratchet strap to attach and python lock for security or 1/2" lag bolts.

Not sure how much they weight, maybe 7-8lbs, I can make others if I have access to the cams, I'm not much of a painter either, PM me with what you have or need.

I have no prob making a donation, I'll see what I can do from each cam, I'm not doing to many of these right now, but this winter I'll be concentrating on them more.

Here's a Bear box for a D-40 that I just finished for a guy here in Town, he wanted a lock box and he wanted it to hinge from the side.
