Not sure how far you want to drive, but there is a family run business in Ridgefield, that does good work.  They make all our Summer Sausage and Pepperoni, never had an issue with them.  If interested, will look them up for you.
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.

A friend of mine owns Heritage Meats in Rochester.  He is the only one that I will take my steers and game to!  He won't mix your game with others and cuts it exactly the way you like.  Been doing business with him for close to 10 years.  His bacon is second to none.

Morton Meats, worth the drive.  The meat shop in Onalaska isn't bad either.

the last thing that happened was 2007 my wife drew a W/T doe permit for area 204 she filled it and was so exited her first deer all she wanted was peperoni they told her it would be ready in 1 1/2 weeks and finally after four weeks and three freeze and rethaws they finally had it done so we picked it up when we tried it the meat was freezer burned from being frozen and rethawed so many times like I said that was the last thing I had been using tracy for atleast 8 years for my pigs and yes his bacon is great and that is why I recomended him to all my cutomers and every on of my customers complained about their orders not being right so it also made me look bad for recomending them

That's too bad, I've had nothing but good luck with him.  I know that at one time he had freezer problems but that has been fixed a while ago.  I take my pepperoni and summer sausage to Dick's Brewery.  In my opinion, they make the best smoked beef and game.

I was just at Heritage Meats yesterday. I buy bones for my dog from them. There was a sign on the front door saying they are not accepting wild game for processing. But, it said they do take in boned out meat for sausage. Which, speaking of sausage, we had a big batch of breakfast sausage made there last year and we are very happy with it.

He has done good work on a couple of pigs I took him.  I also took a elk to him to make burger when he was in East Oly and it went well.  I'd use him again.

Well you sure didn't offend me. I'd be posting about bad experiences if I had any.

What about that place in Chehalis that you can see from I-5?  I can't remember the name.
May I always be the kind of person my dog thinks I am.

I know next animal i get i'm going to take some meat to dicks brewery to have some summer sausage made. They make the best pepperoni and summer sausage i've tried. The teriyaki and jalapeno are pretty tasty.

That's the Beef Shop. Right off exit 81 on the west side of I-5. That would be an option.
