Great pictures.
When I was a kid in Wyoming, my friend's dad got an antelope every year and they always fed us antelope stew. Yummy!
Someday I'll make it back there and hunt them.

It's our favorite meat, there's nothing better than grilled antelope tenderloin. IMO
I was shocked to learn this as well.  My wife still fondly remembers the backstrap steaks I made for dinner while we were dating a few years ago...and this from a gal who cheers when I don't fill my deer or elk tag so she doesn't have to eat the meat. :dunno:  Those steaks were tender, juicy and delicious!
