Malaga I hunt?

I see a new hunt for AHE this year called Malaga I. Does anybody know anything about this? I have a call into the WDFW to find out who the hunt master is that is running the hunt so I can hopefully talk to them.

I drew an any elk tag there,hunted 10 days and didn't even see an elk.The hunt may be ok in the early september season as I found lots of wallows and rubs.There is a lot of private land but some land owners will let you on their property as the elk get into the cherry trees.
