Had a good morning
« on: February 21, 2010, 10:25:52 AM »
so as I'm sitting here this morning drinking my coffee, I told my wife that I was heading down to the shop to start cleaning up my 22-250 brass, she tell's me that she wants to help , so off to the shop we go, I lett her resize/depcap about 60 empties while I cleaned to primer pockets and the neck's, it seems she's already hooked, she was dissapointed when we were finished, so I found about 80, 270 empties that we put in the tumbler for her to do tomorow, then we will start reloading the 22-250's,
It's good to have hobbies that the wife likes to do with me, that way I get to do more of them :chuckle:, next week she want's to go out coyote calling with me so game on.

Good for you man.  I don't reload because my wife says if I "discover" one more hobby she will, and I quote "Smother me with a pillow".... :(

Funny, that's how I recently justified ordering reloading equipment.  Took the wife to the range this past fall, just before I took her hunting for the first time.  She went crazy over it.  Once I told her that she had shot up about $200 worth of ammo in that one trip to the range, bringing up buying reloading gear was easy. 8)

My wife helped me wash some brass yesterday after I took it out of the tumbler. I set up by the sink and told her that if she wanted to help she could be rubbing elbows with me. If I could only get her out into the feild to do some shooting.

That sure is funny! It seems that many of us have a number of hobbies. My girlfriend and I adopted a policy of not being able to start a new hobby unless we gave up a hobby that was seldom being done. Funny thing is that results in much more gear around the house!  :IBCOOL:

CAREFUL!!!!! I have seen it before! it could be a ploy to get a peek inside one of your safes!!!! always tell her that you have loaned out some of your other dies to bill and jack.......allows room for more die collecting, hence more shooting iron collecting.

be careful, the boob wearing ones are quite cunning.

that is why you need at least 3 safes.....his, hers, and common....also known as his.

Yeah.  Funny.  She's kidding....right?  I mean, she wouldn't actually DO that....would she...?  When I wake up in the middle of the night and she is standing over me, holding a pillow and quietly crying...that's nothing to worry about...is it? :dunno:
