Not when you have an outside vendor getting 5% of all licenses, permit, tags sold. They get their money reguardless and just like watching everyone squeel!!

they are monitoring these sites,laughing and eating maple bars,while waiting for arrest reports on poaching suspects.A large pool of money collected to see how many wolf posts there will be in a week.Its only after boredom and a lack of maple bars will the draw happen

Buddy just called me and says the application page shows him drawn successful on Quality elk (muzzy Peaches ridge)

must be doing the draw right now.  Does not show on results page yet.

it is still the unoffical results they have to be certified before they will be 100% true right now it could be a test draw or they might have a redraw as well if somthing went haywire untill it is posted on the front page and not just the backdoor they can disapear in 1 second. but it might hold
