Kennetreks are made in Montana, and I am pretty sure that Hoffman's are made in Kellogg, Idaho still.
There is also the tent manufacturers & stove manufacturers

I think alot of this stuff is made over seas...everyone in our hunting camp is extremely anal about buyin stuff MADE IN CHINA and this year there was almost a fist fight after a heated argument about where danner boots were made and being showed they were made in china, not Oregon

I don't believe the top end Danners are made in China, but I would not bet any money on that statement either as there are tricky ways to screw with exposure of assembly.
