Wolf tracks
« on: November 03, 2010, 04:12:42 PM »
Took these around Ione.  Found them on a road my buddies walked the day before.  They weren't there when they walked it.  There were 2 of them and they seemed to follow every step of where the guys walked.  So they were at the most 16 hours old.  I followed them for about a mile and a half before I turned back.

A lot of people have asked about the elk hunting in the NE corner of the state. It's better then it was 10 years ago but it WILL go down hill in a hurry if Washington and Idaho don't get their crap together soon.

That's why I carry my 357 on my hip, but if I see more stuff like that I might wanna go bigger.

I don't think you need a bigger claiber.... just more bullets... I'm thinking a hi cap 9mm or 1911 with an extra clip....

That's disturbing. Mix that with the snow we are suppose to get  :bash: .  we just started to get good numbers of elk.
