Speaking of AK caribou.  I was talking to my cousin in Copper Center the other day and he is begging me to come up for a caribou, moose, bear and dall sheep hunt.  I won't be able to do it in 2012 but 2013 I've gotta make it happen.  No guide fees, free lodging, hunting right from camp, use of boats and bush planes as well as pack horses is an awesome incentive!  I think I just peed a little just thinking about it!   :IBCOOL:

Will do!  Maybe you and Bone could join me on an Alaskan killing spree!   :chuckle:  Plus, he lives on the Copper river and fishes off of his deck.

I know better than that.  My buddy's wife had the tag and couldn't get close enough to a couple of bulls that are bigger than Charlie's.  They are still up there if the tribe hasn't gotten them.

2012 will consist of me spending most of m money in gas and food, a few frustrating opportunities that are blown by other hunters interupting my stock, and probably breaking and/or losing a few of my expensive pieces of archery equipment, getting harassed by the wardens, a flat tire, dehydration, lack of hygiene, and sitting on this forum to see who had luck, because im sure if i stay in this state it wont happen to me.
I've spent most of my life hunting and fishing....the rest has been wasted

No I meant from 2009 when you drew the archery tag in GMU 3**. That thing was a stud. It would be tough for you to top that one. Report to mo So if I draw the ******** tag you'll guide me

I'll just buy my ghost point, and hunt either wetside muzzy or archery. I won't know what until the guy at bi-mart asks me and my answer will be whatever pops out first. That's if o dont draw multiseason, then its some eastside muzzy and archery hunts in local areas.

:chuckle: In 2009 or 2010 he shot an absolute stud in one of the 300 Series GMUs. He should post the pick again. It was nice. Which if he doesn't guide me for free I will tell everyone where it was . :chuckle:
