Don't they already have an emergency plan ready for a quarter inch of snow over there ? Everything shuts down because of it. Plows at ready, school closures etc......

Boy - aint both of those comments the truth! A light dusting and everyone over here freaks out and traffic comes to a stop. Chains, salt, and food all doubles in price , schools close before the first flake falls, and the news people have a heyday. I'm sure they already have a fancy tag line to open up the broadcast, like "Snow-medgeddon 2012" or something of the sort!
