Since i went and scouting last weekend and hung a camera the fever has gotten worse.   Just had another 1/2 dozen arrows and broadheads made up today.  I have 30 arrows with broadheads all tuned and ready  ready to go.  Come on sept 4th.

gone up on 3 scouting trips so far. total ive seen 49 elk. went up yesterday and set up a new trail camera and watched 2 cows step into a shooting lane about 45 yards from me and stare. also had a staring contest with a bear at 10 feet. that was exciting.

My buddy just got a bow too so now i have a partner to shoot with!

No tag thus no fever yet.  It may kick in as the season gets closer. Mike

Crabbing and salmon start tomorrow then August first I can bear hunt so sept will be around before I even know it.  10 pounds of crab meat should make me forget the elk even exist.
