You'll have to be a lot more descriptive if you want real help. Examples of what exactly the steps are which lead you into the area which does not work as you expected should be the first step. Lots of people use the personal message feature every day without problems. I'm willing to bet it is a learning curve issue for you.

Are you sure you "spelt" it right??

It works like this. Click on their name. Then there is a link that says "send this member a personal message".

i did it the last way shown,  i can't spell to well but never type in names jsut click my way around maybe it will work today.

So what happens? You don't see the link? You click on the link "send this member a personal message" and then what?
