If I see that sucker on Friday (Now that I know where he is :IBCOOL: ) , I'm gonna push that sucker out of that field and up in the hills so I have a crack at him come rifle season!!! Just kidding, he'll be on the ground first day of archery season I bet.

I am kicking myself for going modern rifle this year. It has been 13 years since I last rifle hunted. Probably could have got on him opening day. I know others have seen him. In fact there were a few lurkers watching from their truck at a distance. he will likely go into hiding around Sep 1.

If that is 170 I have been underestimating bucks in the past. Bucks that I consider 170 may be 180. That would be nice.  ;)

I thought 157 after his velvet is gone.  :twocents:

Looks like a good buck..I'd take him in a heart beat. Is he located in a restricted fire arm area? You could always use your bow during modern season..
