Hope y'all can forgive me since the birds I'm about to post or Kommifornia birds, but I promise next year I'll post WA birds!

Something else...in Kommiefornia, Turkeys are considered Upland Birds and you're allowed 3 toms in the spring.

Then everybody enjoys seeing some beaver don't they?   :chuckle:

The season must be getting close.  Time to break out the bird pics.  Geez, where to start...

Here's a brittany that passed a couple years ago.  Two happy hunters after a great morning chasing quail and huns.

Here's Cash two months before he died.  He knew.

Here's some of mine a couple of pictures that I took at Big Flat HMU last year.  I'll (hopefully) have some pictures in a couple of months!

I guess my computer just won't let me post the max number of picts at once.  Some of the pheasant pictures are from summer camp last year and some are from SD pheasant hunts.  Heres a few more with my wifes quail hunt thrown in

Man, I'm gettin' itchy to get in the field again.  Got a early Sept. grouse trip planned for Winthrop with a couple of my brothers from Ohio. Hope I can talk them into swapping for a white-tail trip back in OH this winter. They're been seeing some big ones back there.
Here's some pics of of my English setter on a few trips:
He was only about 6 mo old when he pointed up a couple pheasants in eastern WA eight years ago.
[smg id=11619]

We've had many great grouse hunts around Mt Adams.
[smg id=11621]

He's pointed up grouse that I would have just walked past.
[smg id=11620]

We had a great time in Winthrop last year.

Hey HeartsBlood...if you're out there, you recognize that last pic?

Here's a pic of the boy.  He just won yesterday's regional GSP specialty show too.  Can't wait to take him out with his "sister" and friends soon.
