That does appear to be a Mountain quail from the east side.
I don't mean to go all internet police on you, but I sure hope you didn't shoot that Mountain Quail around Pomeroy. The WDFW spent a lot of money a few years ago trying to get them re-established somewhere along Asotin Creek, and they are protected on the dry side.
good job getting it with a bow. i always carry judo points on an arrow when i'm deer hunting just in case i see some small game.
