Deer freezer storage in Walla Walla?

I deer hunt in Walla Walla area.  i was wondering if there is somewhere that will let hunters store their deer in a cooler for a few days.  some places i have hunted in the past, had private ranches that let me keep them there for 5-8 bucks a day.  anything like that in walla walla or surrounding towns.  thanks

Deer do not need to be hung before butchering like a cow does.  21 days for beef, 5 to 7 days for elk, and no days for deer.

I hung mine for exactly 4 weeks this year. Absolutely killer. Good luck on your search. Not like it used to be anymore. Most likely will have to be a private individual.

its not about aging the meat.  its so i can stay longer and enjoy camping for a few more days.  its a 5 hour drive back home.

Pretty sure The Last Resort in the Tuccanon has a cooler to hang them in. It's a bit of a drive from Walla Walla though.

I understand your issue.  I know a few people in Walla Walla and will ask around.  If I find anyting I will let you know.  There is a meat cutting place in Dayton that might let you do it.  Its on the main drive and not sure what it is called.
