I do not know of any broadhead target that will hold up to 1000+ shots. Unless you get a very big one and never shoot at the same place more than a couple of times. Or you are a really bad shot

You can shoot into sand bags and just replace the bags, but that is very tough on arrows. Bag targets stuffed with raw cotton will last for 1,000+ arrows, but it will take restuffing into new bags quite a few times. And pulling the arrows out can be a B*^ch as the cotton balls up around the broadhead.
I bought a gaylord of raw cotton and a bundle of 36X36X20 cardboard boxes once. Lined the back of the box with burlap bags and stuffed 'em pretty tight. Those probably lasted longer than anything. Though I think I spend about $400 in freight getting the gaylord to Washington from Mississippi. Weight was about 500 pounds.
The best portable foam broadhead target that I have used has been the King series from American Whitetail
