Taking my friend who is disabeled and he shoots a crossbow with a scope. Don;t know if we can get close to anything but he has practiced a lot and is excited to go. His crossbow shoots real good to 50 yards and it may be able to shoot a lot farther but that is what we set the limit at shooting. Still hopeing for a little rain.

I went and bought a Bowtec Insanity because it was super fast.  Took it out today and put 4 groups at 20 yards into my target.  This was the best group:

Definately all in the kill zone.  I am stoked to be able to kill a deer with my new bow this year.  Now that I'm dialed in, I can't wait!

Lookin sweeeet, may i add that you should wrap your targets in brown duct tape, the silver reflects too much flashlight light when practicing at night... :chuckle:
To hunt and butcher an animal is to recognize that meat is not some abstract form of protein that springs into existence tightly wrapped in cellophane and styrofoam.

I sat in front of the tulalip cabelas all week end. Amazing how many new bows left that place in just 2 days. Not saying they are all going to be used next week but.... :dunno:

Not like they're going to put enough arrows through to shoot in the new strings.
As long as they stay out of the woods I'm ok with that.    :chuckle:
