we used to hunt up on the ridge around the lookout and did well for 15 years.  the deer numbers have dropped off so much we no longer hunt up there. i figured it was the ever increasing number of blowdowns and the fact the brush and jack pines have become 7ft tall. wolves crossed my mind also, we knew they were in there, just not sure to what extent. too bad, used to be a great area.

You should report this on the Wolf Sightings topic.
Sons are a heritage from the LORD, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate. - Psalm 127:3-5

 :yeah:

I want to follow this post.  I spend a lot of time in that area and have never seen a wolf, but wouldn't doubt it.  Curious if anyone else has seen them??

Can you clarify the area a little more of your sighting?

Iceman, you know one of the places they are.....REALLY WELL!!! If ya know what I mean! Seen tracks last year during my late tag hunt. Also know a couple guys that have seen them at the Loaf. I spotted my first one last year between Moe ridge and Mills.....
