tuna belly meat?

we canned tuna today.  trimmed off the belly meat not sure what to do with it  any ideas?

Maybe cut into cubes and make ka-bobs....but wrap the ka-bob with bacon before grilling. :drool:

Smoke it, grill it, use it for bait or wrapping plugs etc. Good stuff.

I just tried barbecuing the bellies for the first time last weekend.  It was excellent, just throw it on the grill and cook until done (It's extra fatty, so you'll want it to be medium/medium well).  It was equal to the extra rare and raw loin that I made.

Sushi is excellent from tuna....also great on the grill.
