Vortex Razor HD Spotter
« on: September 04, 2012, 08:40:22 PM »
Has anyone ever seen these under $1599? Every place I check is the same price. I'm on the fence right now choosing a new spotting scope between the Vortex Razor HD and the Nikon Fieldscope ED 25-75X (82mm).

Check with Liberty Optics.  Good people.  You might include a Kowa in your search, really nice.

I went with the Vortex from Eagle Optics (found a 5% discount coupon), free shipping, etc. That was the best deal I could find.

I appreciate everyone's input, thanks. :hello:

Vortex is the best by far and the warrenty is so, so, so much better.  Vortex is making the glass for the dollar hands down.  You can get better but when comparing prices of equal value, Vortex is winning hands down!

check out the Zen-Ray ED2 20-60x spotter. It is the same beast as the Vortex Razor spotter. I heard their eyepieces are interchangeable too.

I got mine for $1200. They now have  a $200 off discount with code BFLRH
