4 x 4 Down!
« on: September 07, 2012, 10:12:23 PM »
I will post pictures tomorrow, but I connected on a nice 4 x 4 on Thursday at 10:00 am.  I ended up getting it in a deep bowl about 3 miles in.  We didn't get it all back to the rig until about 9:30 pm.  Brutal pack out, but memorable.  Spent most of today processing all the meat.

Opening morning we had bugled a nice 5 x 5 in and had it at 22 yards.  I didn't have a clear shot unfortunately and when another pair of hunters dropped in on us the bull took off.  It all worked out in the end!

Cut em!
It's not the shells!  It's the shooter!
