So on day four we were supposedly going to take it easy to heal up our hot feet from the day before. We ended up chasing bugles for several miles and found a beautiful herd bull that was a straight 6x6 well over 350. We sat on that bull all day hoping to make something happen when they got up that evening but it didnt work out. I called the satelite bull in and Jeff could have shot it at ten yards but passed. I then called him down to me for a little more video on my camera  and got a couple still shots of him. The first pic is from 600 yards of that herd bull which could have been an awesome pic but I had wussed out and left my spotting scope at camp, trying to lighten my load. The second pic is the satelite bull. He was a 7x7 probly 320ish. I actually thought Jeff had shot this bull the way he whirled and took off and he kind of fell down on his way out. I was glassing for blood but luckily Jeff had the stones to hold off the release as it would pay off the next day.
