Went out today with a buddy and my gf... Two of use limited out.. got my first double band on my first Drake of the season!! Let's see everyone else's opening day

I should of had a couple more but the dog made his first retrieve today!!!  I had ducks landing in my decoys while I was still setting them up. I usually keep a sling on the gun when I'm moving decoys around but I forgot it. I had about 50 geese landing in the lake, 4 different flocks, I'm bringing the goose decoys tomorrow!

Congradulations on your pups first retrieve.. my girlfriend and I had our first year pups out this morning and they retrieved there first bird.. with help .. lol. It's the best thing in the world to watch a dog retrieve a duck In a pond!!
