Somewhere in the William o. ;) obviously an old hunting cabin as there were a lot of elk in there. It is amazing how many old structures are out there and old hunting camps. It would have been to hunt out there way.back in the day.

Yeah I came across one that was pretty cool but I'm sure its not the one you're referring since this one was not as secluded as the one you came upon.  Pretty cool finding things in the middle of nowhere where you least expect it.

Ya leave everything in that cabin. If you use something put it back or replace it.

Found a pile of bones from a cow elk and the arrow that killed her.  The bones were clean and white so it was at least a year old.

My spouse found two really lost hikers and their dog.  Hunting a long way from civilization, heard people talking, thought, "what the?" Saw someone wearing bright blue instead of camo.  They'd been wandering off trail for several days!

Found an old mine shaft or two.  Found one of the border patrols trail cameras.  But found no elk.

I found out to keep my mouth shut on where we kill elk in Idaho, some local hunters over there the last three years have seen us with elk in our camp and tagging out in 4 days. Now as we were leaving our camp this year with 3 bulls in 3 days, they say- We have a bunch of guys hitting that hill and were gonna hunt the shi t out of it when you guys leave. He wasn't just pulling our legs, they seem to keep track of where we kill our elk, next time I lie or keep my head in the woods till we leave. Sucks as s when people can't find there own damn place to hunt.

I found the remnants of an old cabin.  Mostly just the foundation logs.  But, pretty old as they were hand cut and notched at the corners.

Found a dead sheep way back in the timber in 352. 2 days dead and ripped apart. I can only guess someone walked it in the woods then killed it as a possible predator bait site. What the hell is the matter with folks?
