E callers
« on: October 26, 2012, 12:09:44 PM »
Well decided to make the plunge and get an e caller have been using just mouth calls long enough with acceptable success but now getting serious.
Have pretty much decided on the FoxPro Firestorm with a Fox Jack decoy on top. Hardest part I am having is deciding on which 50 sounds to get.  Any of you seasoned e caller veterans out there want to make suggestions?  mainly be used for coyotes, Bobcat, fox and cougars anything else is pure bonus.
TIA

Go to FoxPro website, they will assist you in selecting your call sounds but definitely howls and pup distress, rodent squeaks and a few baby rabbit sounds, bird distress is also good.
Checkin' wind and makin' smoke.

You should get the squelching juvenile hyena......then you won't be competing with me!   :chuckle:

Rabbit distress calls are the ones to have.  Get a mixed bag of those along with some howls and barks.

Bird sounds and pup distress are MUSTS. rodent squeaks good too. I kill more with pup distress than anything. go to the site and listen to the clips.
