I killed 5 of those little buggers and two adult dogs in about an hour one day, the rancher wanted them gone. Don't do the pups any more, I let' em live until they are older and for day of calling unless they get too close to the house. I never felt good about that day, still don't. It's not about killing, it's about getting them on their terms in a fair chase scenario, I prefer calling and taking those that I out smart. I get a few once in awhile and hope to get a few this winter.

Cute little feller... could not kill em either.  Adults yes....
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.

Cuoldn't kill it, either.  The adults make better targets.

Last 2 hunting trips my dog caught a pheasant.  Both wild.  He catches 1 pheasant every 5 he points.

I certainly respect everyone's right about what it is they choose to not pull the trigger on.  I also wouldn't shoot a pup like that if I happened upon it.  If it was a friends farm where they had been having coyote problems with livestock I probably wouldn't have a problem with it.  That young one will grow up.

On the other hand, I like veal.  I don't see much difference between eating a young veal calf or letting it grown a bit before eating it.  Maybe I would feel differently if I had to kill the calf though.

I like to wait until they are old enough to come into a call. Don't judge what others do though. Blast away!

I would have had a hard time not taking that little fella home. I love puppies. Give him two months though and i would have blown his brains out the back of his skull. Funny how that works.....

I know it's not legal but I agree with CoryTDF, I may have had to take him home! That's about the cutest thing I've ever seen.  I could have trained him to steal and kill my neighbors evil roosters!!! I hate those damn things.

Yeah, they're too dumb to shoot at that age--adult yotes, that's another matter!  :mgun2:
If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

When Bernie Madoff did it, it's called a "Ponzi Scheme"
When Government does it, it's called "Social Security"
