Winner!!!

A couple of months ago I put my name in the hat (online) for a Seek Outside drawing. To my suprise I won. Not only did I win, I won the Grand Prize of all things...A brand spankin' new 6 man tipi with all the fixin's.


Haven't had a chance to put it through the paces yet. Just got it set up in the yard to give it a thourough inspection. Appears to be top quality workmanship from my initial observations. The seams and stitching are flawless (as in the best I've ever seen), and to my suprise it has much more living space than anticipated. I don't know about everyone else but I'm usually pretty disappointed in the amount of real living space vs advertised space. This was a nice suprise to actually get as much, if not more than advertised.

I don't have a precise digital scale, so I cannot dispute their weight claims, but it appears to be in the ballpark of advertised weight (within the limitations of my scale). I'm so excited to put this thing to use. This is definitely a huge leap up in quality for me. I wouldn't have been able to afford a setup like this and winning prizes for me is unheard of.


I would also like to say that the customer service I received was second to none. I pestered them almost daily for 2 weeks going over all of the options I had to choose from. Questions were always answered quickly and with a positive attitude. I thought for sure I would wear them down (since after all, I wasn't even paying for this product) but they kept feeding me information and making sure I would be happy with the final outcome. Great folks to deal with.

Good deal!  Congratulations!  I never enter those things.  Most of the time all they want is to sell your address so you get oodles of junk mail and cold calls.  But, after two guys on H-W, that I know of, have won some mighty cool stuff this year I might have to change my tune

No camo, wouldn't want to loose this thing.  I chose "grizzly brown" for the color.

Sorry about the lack of pics, my camera finally gave up the ghost. Will get that resolved and pics with a full review once I put it to work.
