Eating my first batch of elk backstrap in a few years in a few minutes, along with some garlic-oven fried potatoes and green beans. Thanks Dad...

Just had Elk tenderloin  mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....

Tenderloins, sweet potatoes, brown rice and avocado here......t'was a gooood year  :)
