Coyote Hunting
« on: November 10, 2012, 11:06:40 PM »
I would like to get into coyote hunting, would anybody be willing to share some decent public locations on where to begin.  Please PM me!  I have shot many coyotes but they were always when I was out hunting other game.  I want to go out and call and focus on coyotes.

New Mexico is good, as well as Arizona.  There are a lot up near 4 corners out with the speed goats.

Another place to try is E Montana, lower Wyoming and if you hire a guide, Alberta. (due to firearm temporary importation regulations of Canada)

Yes, I'm being a smart ass  :chuckle:

Maybe narrow down the area in which you'd like to go little bit?

The closer you are to cattle or cats, the better!

Yup--illegal for turkey and deer.  OK for everything else.

Illegal for water fowl too.

Isn't that a Federal law?  Big Game WA regs only say Turkey and Deer.   :dunno:
