I throw mine in the corn cob media after sizing and let it run for about 1/2 hour.

I remover the lube right after sizing. Just throw a few hundred in a big ziplock with dawn. Dump them out after shaking for a bit and rinse.
dang how much lube you using  :yike:

Just enough. I just don't feel like bothering with wiping each one down and don't own a tumbler. Putting case lube into my ultrasonic doesn't appeal to me.

My rounds, once loaded, are put into storage containers until use.
just never occurred to me to wash them actually seems more time consuming than a quick wipe....I also usually wipe them as I prime them that way I can check for any weirdness ..... not in any sort of rush to get done so works for me :dunno:

Your book recommends tumbling loaded rounds?

commercial ammo is tumbled before packaging and sale

Tumbling loaded ammo is not a problem, done all the time.

I don't do anything... just load and shoot. The lube is pretty well worn off after sizing and loading and handling anyways.

I size, then trim to length and chamfer inside and outside of case mouths, and then tumble.
ive found that when I was using lee case lube in a tube, It wasnt too sticky and I could just throw it in the tumbler after sizing.. But now Im using the Cabelas spray type case lube, and it gets really sticky and I use alot. I spray lube directly in to my die before I even start, and then hose them down with case lube about 30 at a time and shake them up in a bowl. After sizing with the spray lube, I use a bowl and collander to wash them with dish soap and then rinse them, before moving on to trimming and case prep. I like to leave my brass in the tumbler for like 6hrs at a time, so it comes out looking factory new.
