My place is on a county road....it's paved and is surrounded by private property. What is legal about that?I guess there are two types of road hunters though. One that drives mountain non maintained roads surrounded by state land and such (more power to them).........and ones that don't care where they are, shoot deer on private property and have no problems about tresspassing. I don't care if they have a tag or not, it is not legal and.......it really pisses me off. I have had my place for 20+ years tell me why I should have to drive into my own place to find a gut pile from a deer shot from a county road. Sorry to vent but that's my I'm all good with the lookers......it is the shooters I have a beef with.

I have 0 animals on my walls mounted in any fashion from any sort of road hunting..its not hunting in my eyes and what the definition means to myself..it means homework, scouting and preparation..to each his own
It's this same ignorant attitudes of entitled Lazy hunters that ruin it for everybody, these are the very same folks that drag all there Trash TVs and old Fridges out into the Public woods, shoot the Ish out of them, then Complain when the roads get all gated up!! Here in Western Wa. We don't need anymore Bad publicity, why push the envelope?
Oh come on! I guess that I will not honk at you when I come through your town on the second. Ptthhhhhhh........
The woods would be too crowded without road hunters...
I actually love road hunters, they push the critters deep into isolated pockets where I will be waiting for them. the problem with road hunters is after hauling your big buck towards your truck, waiting for them to pass so they don't see you coming out of the woods with a big buck. They tend to want to ask you a ton of questions or will park right next to you and follow your trail in and hunt your spot.
Lets not forget there are lots of oldtimers and people who just cant hike around, that driving roads is their only option , they deserve to be out just as much everyone else.
