new to duck hunting

i want to start duck hunting and have no clue were to start i have a mossberg 500 for a gun what do i need to hunt legaly. and what kind of shot should i use

need to go buy all your tags first. Then some 3 inch #2 or #3 shot. Im new too, just started like a month ago but im lovin it man! Its the most fun ive had while hunting.

No more than 3 shells in your gun at a time. Non-toxic shot only (no lead). No electronic calls or decoys. There is a legal shooting light which is in the back of the waterfowl regs.......there is plenty more rules.
