I am sorry if this comes across as rude but I don't understand why anyone would come here and ask what is legal or what GMU's are open.
There is a book called the 2012 hunting regulations. They are free in the stores or you can find it here

I guess you missed the bright red bold print on the table of contents page on page 11:
Significant changes are red.
