I can't think of a single Pasayten trailhead that will be accessible when the N Cross opens in late April/early May.
Just about all of the trails themselves are impassible to stock at various points well into July in a normal snow fall year.
I have ran into chest deep snow drifts on my horses clear into mid August.

I wasn't able to get into the high country until late July last year.
