If perhaps anyone happened to be out at Welts Property/Samish Unit this afternoon, and perhaps saw an all black Benelli M1 slide off of the top of my pick-up as I drove out of the parking lot....well, I'm quite shamefacedly looking for it.

I have serial #'s to confirm.

I just did a drive through that area this afternoon.  I didn't see anything.  Could have made it to one of the ditches.  I think their are quite a few that get left their as guys walk out after they finish up their evening shoots in the dark.  Good luck as I know a few others that donated them to that parking lot.

I suspect that it is in a ditch somewhere...at least the dog had a good time finding other folks cripples.  It was a real-deal, drainage ditch, chicken chase.

Hey Moonshine, I'm the guy with the Brit than ran into you in the parking lot on your way out.  I didn't see your gun anywhere when I was leaving (the lot was empty) and it was very quiet there this afternoon so it's probably still around unless it slid off further down the road.

I hope you find it and you did better than we did at least!
