Guys need to stop busting each others chops when they do not have a picture. We have all observed things and had no picture to prove what we saw. All of us.

I don't see why it's such a big deal to post about seeing something like the OP did without having pictures. . . How many people have got pictures of wolves on here vs. the amount that have posted that they saw them?  It still boils down to whether you believe the person or not, just like anything else on here.  Picture or video proof would be nice to have to show to the media and the other 'nonbelievers', but for conversation pictures aren't vital.  :twocents:

I'm not questioning what he mightve saw but without pics or the person willing to testify to what they saw and be credible there is not a whole lot that can be done.  Why don't we focus on the topic and not venture off it?

We should do what Canada is doing.   BYE BYE  treaty

Be careful what you ask for Skills, here is how British Columbia views native rights:

"Harvest Allocation Policy
Allocation is the process by which the available harvest of a particular wildlife population is divided amongst consumptive users, after the rights of First Nations have been considered. "

There is now 1 ban handed out. Anyone else want to complain? No new member is going to join and tell us what to do. This thread is not going anyplace, but I will make sure it gets back on track.

this thread isnt doing anything other than getting everybody angry at each other        i think if native tribes were slaughtering elk and deer left and right like people make it sound, the animals would already be wiped out right?  or are you claiming this just started happening?  if there are still herds for them to kill then that would make me believe theyre harvesting responsibly.  that being said, if i had the rights they do, i would never eat beef again to put it one way.

did you just start hunting, or do you not hunt in the areas being talked about?

i dont hunt in the areas youre talking about.   my statement is... if there is game to harvest then they must not be killing everything the way you say they are, or there wouldnt be enough animals for them to have these massacres.  just drawing a logical conclusion

Alot of people dont see first hand whats happening. Thats why I like these threads to try and get people that have no idea, informed a little about whats happening in their own state. Even if they always turn into S storms and the Natives on here try and make it seem blown out of proportion some people can use their common sence and get a little info on whats actually going on.

Like I said before close, barricade somehow seal off roads that lead to wintering grounds and there wouldn't be issues.
