Very proud lil girl, and father.
« on: January 02, 2013, 08:24:09 PM »
My daughter got her first Elk, late Winston Cow on Jan 1st.  It was the best moment out hunting for me ever, and by her actions I'm sure was hers too.  I hope you all enjoy the photos.  For those that noticed, our orange is draped over small tree's and the wife and other daughter is wearing it behind the shots, took it off for photos.
When you see the third, thin the herd.
Right now I'm somewhere picking up sheds.

I am looking for the photos as well as the write up on the hunt.  My two daughters (who just registered for hunter ed tonight) both like it when I share stories of people that they can relate to who have filled their tags.

That second picture is the best hunting picture I've seen all year. Congrats.
