Elk Hunting Pics from last weekend
« on: September 16, 2008, 06:09:28 AM »
My son and I went out last Weekend with RhinoRon247 and his Mrs. for my sons first archery hunt. We saw some some nice bulls and cows and called in a nice 280-300 class 6 x 6 within 15yrds, unfortunately we didn't have a big bull tag   :'(  , This was the first time my son had ridden a horse and that made the hunt even more memorable for him.  :chuckle: I pulled him out of school for 2 days last week and it sure beat going to school  :chuckle: Unfortunately we couldn't get any cows within bow range only bulls  :dunno: Thanks to Ron and Bobbi for a great time :IBCOOL:

Hope you enjoy the pics.

What unit are you hunting in? Looks like you had fun...
If you shoot the first one you will never get that true trophy.
