Anyone know about this?
« on: January 06, 2013, 01:35:11 PM »
First of all what do you think it would score? This bull was supposedly found by someone near Turnbull on opening day of rifle this year. My uncle sent me the pic and I haven't got to talk to him about it yet. It looks amazing. Talked to a guy I know who works on Turnbull and he didn't know anything about it. All I know is it was found in sight of a rd and I'm not even sure if it was shot or not but the rear end has been eaten and it looks like a monster! Don't know what to think... We had a pickup load of #$%!* pull over by Rock Lake this year and wound about 7 elk with rifles during late muzzy on about Dec 3 or 4. I was told it was supposedly some Master Hunters.

Curious to see...
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.

that's too bad, I used to run around turnbull all the time when I was in school and saw some giants out there.  I'd guess him the low 340's ish.  Nice bull for sure.

Norse, I grew up in Cheney and have some VERY big elk sheds from around Turnbull. A guy I know shot a bull that scors around 380 a few yrs ago and I have pics of a masher from about 15 yrs ago on the skyline. I could never get him to come closer to the road!  :bash:
