Is it 'Back Country Bowhunting' (A guide to the wild side) by Cameron Hanes? I've got the book and it's pretty good. A friend of Cam's, South Cox, is probably even more accomplished with mule deer but I'm not sure of the names of any of his books.

I liked Cameron Hanes book for the fact that it gets you really pumped to go hunt!  It is a very good motivational book but If you want something with information, tips, and tactics then get David Longs book.  Its the best one I have read. :twocents:

Mike Eastman just came out with a new one in December, Mule Deer Tactics, looks like another winner.  Cam Hanes is an awesome read imo.
