Sportsman Show
« on: January 20, 2013, 02:11:36 PM »
So is anyone going to the Sportsman show this next weekend? Have always wanted to go but never had the time before. Plan on spending most of Saturday and all day Sunday out there. Will be heading there with my hunting partner to hopefully figure out some new tips.

Can barely wait for September already. Can't wait to get out in a few weeks to look for sheds and start scouting in a few months. Feels like a long way off.

The wife and I will take my elk antlers down on Thursday afternoon, not that I want to get them scored there but it is convenient as opposed to driving them to Federal Way.

Then, I will go back Sat. or Sunday and pick them back up and check things out at the show.

My son caught one of the big bows in there a couple years ago, talk about funny sh@#, him pulling on that bambo pole and yelling. The workers came running from every direction. :chuckle:

Just had neck surgery, not allowed in a car for a week, but after that I can ride, just no driving. My week is up next Thusday so my uncle is driving me to the show, woo hoo.
Who took my last beer?
