Where to Turkey Hunt??

Looking for a spot as close to Vancouver WA. to take my 10 year old out for the youth turkey hunt weekend.  We have a trip planned for later in the spring around Spokane, but wanted to see if anyone could recommend anywhere closer for the opening weekend. Appreciate any suggestions.  :tup:

Contact your local DNR biologist or Forest Service if their land is within your hunting range.  Lots of turkeys upriver along the Columbia.
